Stress is an inevitable part of life; it can take a toll on student's physical health, emotional wellbeing, and academic success unless they learn to manage it appropriately. Extreme levels of stress can hinder work effectiveness and lead to poor academic performance and attrition. To help the students deal with stress effectively, the school decided organize a workshop on 'Stress coping skills' for class IX & X on 25 & 26 of July. The school counselor discussed about various stressors and how they can manage negative stress reactions and replace them with positive reactions. The School counselor also enlightened the students about healthy coping mechanisms and suggested few coping strategies.
