"Laughter at least for a while, makes you forget your troubles.”
Junior Programme organized a Laugh Heartily activity for the students on 19th February, 24. Where students have performed laughter acts and mimicry in front of their mates, a laughter yoga session was also conducted.
Teacher briefed students about the importance of laughter which helps us to stay healthy and to reduce stress. The children learned that laughter enhances intake of Oxygen-rich air, stimulates your hearts, lungs and muscles. It improves our immune system. Laughter can also make it easier to cope with difficult situation. The objective of this session was to reduce stress during exam time.
Children thoroughly enjoyed a lot with their friends and teachers. They were filled with happiness. A day well spent with full of learning, fun and entertainment!!!
