Halloween "Trick or treat, bags of sweets and ghosts are walking down the street".
Halloween is a fun day observed in various parts of the world. It has its roots in ancient European traditions. People light bonfires and dress up as ghosts and witches to ward off evil spirits. The celebration of Halloween is therefore associated with the idea of good fortune. With the same festive spirit, the little divinians of Mother Divine Public School ( Nursery Wing) geared up to celebrate this international festival. The students came in spooky attires of witches, vampires, bats etc. They tapped their feet on Halloween theme based songs with great fun. They were also ready to go trick or treat with some scrumptious snacks in their classes. With a lot of zeal and excitement, the celebration lifted their spirit. However it has also encouraged them to appreciate differences in cultures and costumes and made them aware of global festivals and their values.
