"All kids need is a little hope, a little help and someone who believes in them"
Early Intervention services are special services for toddlers who are at the risk for developmental delays. These services are designed to identify and meet children's need in the five developmental areas. The areas are physical, cognitive, communication, social or emotional development and sensory adaptive development.
A workshop on early intervention (CWSN) was held at Mother Divine Public School for the teachers of Grade Nursery – V. The workshop was conducted by Ms. Ridhima Sethi (Special Educator). She guided the teacher that early childhood intervention is a support and an educational system for every young child. She explained that how formative years are monitored for the overall development of the child. It is also essential for the parents to observe child's growth and consult a counselor if required. It was fruitful session since teachers have discussed all developmental milestones thoroughly with the resourced person.
