In today’s fast-paced and demanding world, students face various challenges that can impact their overall well-being and academic performance. Incorporating yoga and mindfulness meditation into their daily routine can be a game-changer. Keeping the above thought in mind, Mother Divine Public School organized an activity, ‘ Art of Focus’ for the students of Grades III – VIII on 8th April, 2024.The activity aimed at fostering inner peace, focus and well being along with introducing the transformative techniques of meditation and mindfulness. The students and teachers participated with full enthusiasm and eagerness. The session was reviving , rejuvenating and relaxing.
